The staff are very helpful and friendly, which is good as I've definitely ended up with the Friday afternoon car again!
I have to start by giving credit where due. I have nothing but praise for Sam Webber who we saw when we brought our car. He was extremely friendly and helpful in helping us get a car and the finance. A true credit to the dealership. Sadly the after sales service is a joke. when the car went for its mot and service I experienced a problem on both occasions. I then required a part which I was told did not exsist, even though I had the actual Peugeot part no. But found it on eBay no trouble at all. Also the clean once a month they include in your service plan is dreadful. The car is often returned still with grim on the body work and Windows smeary. To add on the last clean they never even bothered to vacuum the car out. On top of this the service plan which is already very expensive includes very little & anything not included is shockingly expensive. Based on my after sales experience would not recommend at all. Wouldn't even give one star if it was possible.
I purchased a used vehicle and was looked after extremely well from start to finish by Emily. Even though there was an after sales problem with the vehicle it was sorted out quickly and efficiently with a special mention to Arron for taking the time to personally speak to me and resolving the issue satisfactorily. Highly recommended.
Excellent dealer!! Very responsive and quick at getting back with any questions I had. I needed a new car quickly and Emily did a great job of getting my car ready and to me as soon as possible. Car was handed over in mint condition and enjoying it immensely! Would definitely recommend.
