Fish arrived today, very healthy and now happily swimming around in my tank. Would recommend and will be using them again myself.
I received Cold water Gold fish instead of 4 Tropical Fish. I was asked to send IT back , IT.. I keep tropical fish so had nowhere to put them. 1 of the fish was already half dead so decided to just donate them to my local pet shop instead ( seriously inconvenient to say the least ) this isn't the 1st time I've received the wrong order also , but lesson learnt. Bad service, uncaring manner regarding the health of fish in general also. Go elsewhwere - i will be.
Ordered Fish only to be told 'on delivery day' some were out of stock so I was refunded. Received 3 fish valued approx 5 with 12 delivery.. Not worth it.
Great seller, fish arrived today safe and well (double bagged) Peter gave me a tracking number and kept me up to date with dispatch info. Would recommend and I will use again in the future. 5*
I lived relatively close to this business so was able to collect (by prior arrangement) rather than put the fish through the postal system. The fish mostly looked well cared for their brief stay there and owner was professional and knowledgeable. The only reason I dont give him a 5* rating is because I didnt like the way the bettas were kept (in smoothly cups with no filtration or heating, some dead or dying). This may have changed by now and sincerely hope it has. To the person who rated a 1* because all fish died within 3 weeks...sounds like you have a tank problem or didnt acclimatise properly, bit unfair to blame seller if all arrived well enough to add to your tank without quarantine...
